Missing and damaged orders
Occasionally, things do not go as planned. If your order arrived damaged, was missing items, or did not come at all, we are here to assist you.
We are unable to refund or exchange your items if they are found to be altered from their original state when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Items delivered by alternative carrier (ie: UPS, FEDEX, USPS) that arrived damaged or with a defect: If you received your order and the merchandise arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours. For any issues with curbside delivery orders, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees may apply.
